About me
THIS IS MY STORY
My journey into healing work began long before I became a therapist. As a child of Jamaican immigrants, I grew up navigating the tension between cultural expectations, emotional resilience, and the unspoken layers of pain that many families carry. I always knew I was deeply intuitive — a feeler, a listener, a seeker — but I didn’t yet have the language for the spiritual wisdom I carried or the systemic patterns I was sensing.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Alabama, and the year after graduating, I traveled to Jamaica on a mission trip that changed everything. That experience deepened my commitment to helping others heal and led me to pursue my Master of Social Work at the University of Georgia. Becoming a licensed clinical social worker felt like the natural next step — a way to combine my passion for service with practical tools for transformation.
Over time, I realized something was missing in the traditional model. I witnessed clients craving deeper meaning, spiritual connection, and energetic balance — just as I was in my own life. That’s when I began integrating the practices that had supported my own healing: energy healing, crystal grounding, intuitive insight, ancestral exploration, and shadow self work.

Founding Synergetic Healings was a reclamation of both my clinical training and my spiritual truth. It’s a space where therapy isn’t just about coping — it’s about awakening. I believe healing happens when we align the psychological with the spiritual, the science with the soul. My work is rooted in helping others feel safe to unmask, release what no longer serves them, and remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
This is not just my career — it’s my calling.
