At Synergetic Healings, therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every session is grounded in clinical excellence, cultural responsiveness, and deep respect for your whole person — mind, body, and spirit. You choose how deep we go.
Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Guided Imagery, Trauma-Informed Care, Inner Child Work, Energy Healing, and Spiritual Integration.
Sessions available in person in Macon, GA and virtually throughout Georgia.
Individual Therapy
Traditional (Talk) Psychotherapy
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. My approach is grounded in understanding how your past experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns shape your present — and how, with the right support, they can be gently transformed.
Together, we'll explore what's holding you back — whether that's anxiety, depression, past trauma, identity questions, or major life transitions — and help you reconnect with your strengths and inner resources.
The goal is to help you build emotional balance, self-awareness, and lasting confidence — so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your everyday life.
Integrative Healing
Alternative & Complementary Psychotherapy
I combine traditional therapy tools with mind-body and intuitive practices to support your whole self — emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. This may include somatic experiencing, polyvagal-informed nervous system work, mindfulness, parts work, intuitive dialogue, crystal grounding, ancestral exploration, and spiritual integration.
This approach is ideal if you feel emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, or spiritually disconnected — and want healing that goes deeper than symptom management, while remaining grounded in a safe, ethical clinical space.
The goal is to help you gently release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your authentic self, and experience deeper, lasting transformation from the inside out.
Alternative and complementary modalities are offered as an addition to — not a replacement for — traditional psychotherapy.
Relationships
Family Therapy
In relationships, it's easy to feel misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in the same frustrating cycles. I offer a supportive space where families can slow down, communicate more clearly, and better understand each other's emotional worlds.
Together, we'll explore how past experiences, unspoken expectations, nervous system responses, and communication habits may be affecting your connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, parenting stress, or major life changes, therapy can help you come back to each other with greater clarity and compassion.
The goal is to build healthier communication, deepen emotional bonds, and create lasting tools for more supportive, fulfilling relationships.
