Return to SelfSoftness & Power
A transformational weekend for women ready to come home to themselves
Reserve Your Seat
There comes a point when the body
grows tired of surviving.
Many of us move through life carrying invisible weight — adapting, producing, caregiving, overextending, shape-shifting, and holding ourselves together long after exhaustion has settled into the nervous system. Over time, it becomes difficult to distinguish who we truly are from who we had to become in order to feel safe, accepted, loved, or needed.
Return to Self is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating enough space, safety, stillness, and honesty to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried — beneath pressure, responsibility, grief, and overwhelm.
Authenticity is not something that must be earned.”
This is a women’s retreat.
You belong here if —
The container is intentionally designed for women ready to rest, release, and return to themselves.
Emotionally Exhausted
You’ve been the strong one, the caregiver, the one who holds it together — and your body is asking for something different.
In Transition
You’re moving through a shift — in identity, relationships, career, or self-understanding — and you need space to feel it fully.
Longing to Reconnect
There’s a version of you beneath the performance and productivity. You’re ready to get quiet enough to hear her again.
Craving Real Rest
Not just sleep — but the kind of rest that feels like permission. Permission to soften, to be witnessed, to just be.
Seeking Safe Community
You want to be around women who understand depth — who can hold space for emotional honesty without judgment.
Ready to Release
You sense there’s something you’ve been holding — a belief, a pattern, a way of being — that no longer serves who you’re becoming.
Three days of
intentional return.
What you will
feel here.
An environment intentionally curated for emotional safety, sensory comfort, and restorative presence — not performance.

Founder, Synergetic Healings · Holistic Psychotherapist · Retreat FacilitatorDania is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holistic therapist, and the founder of Synergetic Healings, LLC — a practice rooted in the intersection of nervous system science, authentic identity, and spiritual alignment. Her work is grounded in somatic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care, and her own lived experience as a daughter of Jamaican immigrants navigating identity, expansion, and deep inner work.
She created Return to Self because she knows — personally and professionally — what it costs to stay in survival mode too long. This retreat is the space she wished she had.
A few things
you may be wondering.
Do I need prior experience with therapy, retreats, or spirituality?
Not at all. The only requirement is a willingness to be present with yourself. This retreat meets you exactly where you are.
Will there be therapy sessions during the retreat?
This is a retreat experience — not individual therapy. The workshops are therapeutically informed and designed to support emotional depth, nervous system restoration, and self-reflection. If individual therapy is what you’re seeking, Dania’s private practice is available separately.
Who is this retreat for?
Women who are emotionally exhausted, in transition, longing to reconnect with themselves, or simply ready to be in a space that prioritizes depth, rest, and authenticity. No prior experience with healing work is required.
How many people will be there?
The retreat is intentionally kept intimate — 6 to 8 women maximum. This ensures every person feels genuinely witnessed, held, and connected.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing for movement and rest, layers for the mountain evenings, any personal items that support your self-care, and an open heart. A full packing guide will be sent upon registration.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. Please reach out directly to discuss a plan that works for you. Access to this experience matters, and we want to make it possible.
You do not need to arrive
fully healed.
Only willing to return to yourself. This retreat is for women — seats are limited to 6 – 8. When this container fills, it closes.
